WHY DIDN'T I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION / SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
After placing your order, we always send an order confirmation email to the email you provided to us. After we ship your order, we will also send a shipment confirmation email to the email address you provided to us. Please make sure to check your spam / junk folder for emails.
MY TRACKING INFORMATION SHOWS MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT
We know how important your order is! TKADIA offers our customers the ability to track your package. If the tracking information shows that your items have been delivered but you have not received them, please check in your neighborhood in case another house received them by mistake. Talk to your family, roommates, etc. in case they receive it on your behalf. The package may also have been left with property managers or an apartment office.
We will always do our best to help you, but [Store Name] does not take responsibility for any packages lost or stolen in transit. If you still cannot locate your package, you should contact the carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
WHY MY TRACKING INFORMATION IS NOT UPDATED, IS THERE SOMETHING WRONG?
It's normal. The tracking information is normally behind the actual status of your package. If it has not been updated for more than 2 weeks, please contact support.

TKADIA is proud to serve our customers around the world! The default price on our site is in USD, the conversion rate depends on the company that issued the credit card used during the transaction. The site will default to US dollars on the checkout page.
